Tirranna

Brintons proudly presents our Self Expression Summer 2026 collection from designer Lucy Hinde.

Tirranna is inspired by the rural Australian home where Lucy grew up—a heritage stone house built in the 1830s in New South Wales. Originally a bakery serving the small village of Tirrannaville, the home and its surrounding landscape became the foundation of her creative imagination.

These memories have been woven into a collection of patterns that pay homage to the beauty of this idyllic childhood home. The organic geometry of hand-laid paving, the rhythm of winding garden paths, and the layered textures of native and cultivated plants are reimagined as contemporary designs.

Tirranna is derived from an Aboriginal word meaning running water, reflecting the way memories shift and evolve over time. The Tirranna collection is a tribute to craftsmanship, landscape, and the enduring influence of home, capturing cherished memories through pattern and design.
