Free fitting terms and conditions

The free fitting offer only applies where, in a single transaction, a consumer purchases a minimum of 20m² of Brintons carpets with the equivalent amount of underlay or the value of purchase of Brintons carpet and an equivalent amount of underlay is more than £575 (€690). All purchases must be of Brintons carpet as illustrated in our Brintons Residential autumn/winter 2009 brochure and purchases must be made from a participating retailer between 1st September 2009 and 31st December 2009.

To obtain your free fitting voucher you will need to visit the Brintons website, fill in your details and print out your free fitting voucher. Alternatively, contact Brintons customer support team on 0800 505055 (for ROI 1850 94 68 98). Each free fitting voucher will only be valid at the participating Brintons recommended retailer stated on your voucher and must be handed in upon redemption. However, you can print out, or request, a new voucher if you decide to make your purchase from an alternate participating Brintons retailer to the one selected as part of the registration process.

Exclusions: Free fitting only applies to residential properties within the UK and ROI and will only be available within a 30 mile radius of a participating retailer, or otherwise at the retailers' own discretion. Fitting must be undertaken within 6 months of order placement and at a mutually convenient time to be agreed between the participating retailer and consumer. This offer relates to consumer purchases only and does not apply to commercial customers. The offer excludes the purchase and fitting of carpet remnants or roll clearance, and free fitting does not cover the fitting costs of borders and other special work, including winding staircases, the supply of perimeter fixing rods and adhesives, the uplift and disposal of existing floor coverings, the moving of bulky furniture and household appliances, the trimming of doors, and the preparation, levelling and repair of sub-floors.

Employees of Brintons (and associated companies), its dealers, agencies, suppliers for this promotion, retailers and their families are not eligible to participate in this promotion. No cash alternative will be offered. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and are non-transferable. Incomplete or illegible vouchers will be deemed invalid. The retailer reserves the right to reject any voucher that it deems in its sole discretion to have been forged, defaced or otherwise tampered with. Photocopies will not be accepted. Vouchers redeemable in participating retailers only, please check before purchase.
