New York-New York Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas recently installed over 43,000 square yards of Brintons Axminster custom woven carpet in their casino and corridors, as well as throughout meeting rooms, pre-function areas.
The redesigned and expanded conventions floor offers over 21,000 square feet of convenient, adaptable space.
The vibrant series of coordinating carpet patterns throughout the property incorporates both large and small-scale elements in a unifying color scheme of deep brown, rust, gold and blue. The strong geometric shapes are accentuated with striations and gradations in color that provide visual interest as well as practical soil-hiding benefits.
The new carpet selection is indicative of parent company MGM Mirage’s decision to use woven Axminster carpet in heavily-trafficked areas of their hospitality and entertainment properties, replacing print patterned carpets.
