Etihad Stadium - The Medallion Club

When violent storms swept through Melbourne in March 2010, hail and torrential rain caused the roof of Melbourne’s Etihad Stadium to collapse. Considerable damage was caused to a number of venues within the stadium, most significantly affected was an exclusive dining precinct called the Medallion Club.

The new carpet for Etihad Stadium needed to be designed, manufactured and installed quickly to ensure the venue could return to full operating capacity within the fastest possible timeframe.

Brintons implemented an expedited weaving schedule in order to have the carpet manufactured and delivered within the fastest possible timeframe.

I knew Brintons had a great reputation for design and could deliver the project in a fast time so I was delighted to find a design in one of their collection folders that met the brief perfectly. The finished product really changes the feel of the space and creates a more relaxed and sophisticated dining area.
