When Cagley and Tanner was tasked with finding the right provider for carpets in the luxurious Crown Perth, they turned to Brintons. The carpet designs for the gaming area were inspired by the setting of the resort itself. With its unusually oversize repeat, the casino carpet references the motion of the waves along the Indian Ocean. Other carpet patterns were inspired by the intricate geometry of the city's skyline, the raw beauty of native minerals, and even the clarity of the night sky. These patterns were all conceived with exceedingly large repeats so the customers' view across the overscale spaces would not appear spotty or repetitive. Lee Cagley, Principal at Cagley and Tanner said "working with Brintons helped make the translation from inspiration to installation as seamless as possible, in every sense of the word."
