Behind the scenes at Brintons Rugs photoshoot

To mark the Coronation Festival, Brintons is launching a Coronation Rug Collection, drawn from genuine 1950’s hand painted designs within Brintons extensive archive, which include the Mimosa design by Matisse that also dates back to 1951. These are recoloured to bring you the original designs influenced by todays interior trends; retro style with modern colourations to fit perfectly in to the modern home.

We decided to photograph our beautiful new rug collection at Witley Court in Worcestershire. The vast remains of this palatial 19th century mansion, surrounded by magnificent landscaped gardens provided a dramatic backdrop for our stunning rugs. 

Brintons new Rug Store will be opening on the 11th July:
